A Letter From The President

Parents:

I can sum up this letter with this saying “We need your support” most specifically for our Golf Outing.  The Millburn Education Foundation is exactly that, a Foundation.  We are a charitable organization whose goal is to fundraise and return all the funds back to our terrific school district to do exactly what our tag line says: Engage, Enhance, and Enrich our District and Students.

What we have done:

We have raised nearly $200,000 in over 5 years and we support great programs such as:

• We grant money to PTO that helps support grade level field trips
• Subsidize Camp Timberlee
• Subsidize Springfield Trip
• Grant to help some great programs such as Rainbows, music enrichment etc.

Once again we are a Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, where your donation may be tax deductible.  Even better, your employer’s foundation may also have a matching program for your donation.

Why do we need your support today?

Right now we have 2 big fundraisers: March Madness and our Annual Golf Outing.  We need your support for the September 23rd Golf Outing.  We need golfers.  If you cannot golf, we need your financial support.
